Hello my name is Amanda but you know me as Betty. Bake Like A Betty was born after I was diagnosed with celiac disease and realized gluten-free didn't have to mean boring, or tasteless.

Using my own signature gluten-free flour blend, I create gourmet cookies, cakes and goodies that are big on flavour, a little retro, and always 100% gluten-free

Everything is made in my dedicated gluten-free kitchen in High River, Alberta.
